![]() ![]() ![]() and it would be the equivalent of over 200 dollars in today's money. Legend of Zelda didn't have patches or seasons. Imagine paying 65 dollars for classic NES games in 1980s money. Comment by avatarofshadow on T06:18:36-05:00 I would have waited for at least 2 years to get the game 50% off just to do that. Only to have the game be as bad as it is, Diablo 3 is/was a better game, $70/$90 was not worth it just to play the campaign. Increased Holy Shocks melee damage bonus. Whirlwind now alternates between two weapons when using two-weapon style. ![]() When using two-handed attacks the speed of both weapons are averaged. I'm speaking from the perspective of someone who bought the game with the intention of playing the game for years to come every season. Patch 1.08, released June 29, 2001, same day as the expansion. Lackluster patch won't save season 1, if people could refund who preordered and played the game after the first couple weeks they/we would. Can't argue with the quality of this patch being good but such a long time to wait (especially in a front-ended content style game like a seasonal ARPG) after the last one being so bad.īecause they have to verify and wait on consoles to approve patches, they can't just release a backdoor into a console on accident or on purpose for that matter. ![]()
